Package 1: Assessment and Recommendations
This is Phase 1 of any engagement. Here, we interview key stakeholders, survey staff/board (if applicable), get to the root of the problem, compile results and provide recommendations for next steps. The recommendations will be based on facts, company culture, and company goals.
Typical price $2,000-$5,000
Package 2: Resources and Strategic Ingredients
The Phase 2 package is the natural next step from phase 1. Here, we take the recommendations from phase 1 and turn them into actionable steps, processes, and create realistic, measurable, and executable outcomes. This is a very collaborative process and where you are key to success.
Typical Price $5,000-$10,000; Price includes Package 1.
Package 3: Implementation, Adjustments, and Evaluation
The phase 3 package is all about setting the strategy from phase 2 into motion. We can assist with the implementation strategy as needed and keep you and your team on track. This is typically a more long term commitment where we remain available and set regular meetings over an agreed period of time. You are in the driver seat, but we will provide support at every step you decide.
Typical price $10,000+; Price includes packages 1 and 2.
Package 4: Retainer
Are you navigating constant change and just need guidance? Do you need another set of experienced eyes to review documentation, help creatively solve problems, or just connect you with other resources that can help? Our retainer package provides support when you need it. We can schedule regular planning calls and check ins and/or just make ourselves available at scheduled times.
Typical price: $500- $1,000 per month
